Ever since updating, Beat Sports freezes while downloading additional content and I cannot play.
We are investigating a proper solution for this in a future update, but we have discovered a workaround in the meantime that will allow you to play Beat Sports.
1) reinstall the game
2) wait about 10 minutes before launching the game
3) content should download as normal
If the game is not launched immediately after install, a request is sent to the servers to download additional resources in the background, which is why waiting can help. If this does not work for you, please email us at support@beatsportsgame.com
